Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is ANEMON MÜHENDİSLİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Anemon Engineering”).

We process only the information you provide in a contact or project-assessment form.

• Name, company name, email address and telephone number
• Selected project type and target market
• Information included in your message or enquiry

We use the data solely to understand and assess your enquiry, provide information about the relevant service, request further details where necessary and respond to you.

Processing is based on Article 5(2)(c) KVKK where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on Article 5(2)(f) KVKK where necessary for Anemon Engineering’s legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms. This notice is not a request for consent.

When you submit a form, the information you entered is sent from your own email application to Anemon Engineering’s corporate mailbox. The website does not create a separate user account, form database or document archive.

Language selection is based on your browser language and your choice; your IP address is not sent to a third-party country-detection service.

Anemon Engineering does not sell, rent or use contact-form data for advertising or marketing and does not voluntarily disclose it to third parties.

Data may be disclosed only where a legally authorised public authority makes a binding request or a clear legal obligation applies, and then only to the extent required. Anemon Engineering does not initiate an international transfer of this data.

If an enquiry does not result in a customer or contractual relationship, the correspondence is kept without creating unnecessary copies and deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication.

If the enquiry develops into a service or contractual relationship, records required for that relationship may be subject to separate notices and statutory retention periods. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to prevent unauthorised access.

Article 11 KVKK grants you the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction and, where the legal conditions are met, deletion or destruction
• Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to recipients
• Object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

You may send a request describing your identity and the subject of your request to info@anemonmuhendislik.com or to the postal address above. Requests are handled under Article 13 KVKK and the applicable secondary legislation, according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest.

After first applying to the data controller, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board where the statutory conditions are met.

This notice takes effect on publication and will be updated if the processing activity or applicable law changes. The current version is published on this page.
